Refund policy
At Glowra, we want you to feel confident when purchasing your jewelry.
This Return and Refund Policy explains which items may be returned, how to request a return, which items are not eligible for return, and how refunds and exchanges are handled.
1. Return Window
Glowra accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Undamaged and free from signs of wear
- Unaltered
- Returned with the original packaging when possible
- Returned with any included accessories, pouches, cards, gifts, or protective materials
- Approved by Glowra before being sent back
Glowra reserves the right to deny a return or issue a partial refund if an item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, altered, worn, or not in acceptable condition.
3. Personalized and Custom-Made Items
Personalized, engraved, customized, made-to-order, or custom-made items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Because these products are created or modified specifically for the customer, all personalized and custom orders are considered final sale.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Jewelry personalized with names
- Initial jewelry
- Engraved jewelry
- Custom text or dates
- Custom sizes or measurements
- Pieces modified at the customer’s request
- Made-to-order products
Personalized or custom-made items may only be reviewed for a replacement or other resolution if they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the customization details submitted with the order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, initials, dates, spelling, measurements, colors, and customization details before placing the order.
Glowra is not responsible for customization errors submitted or approved by the customer.
4. Other Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards, if offered
- Worn or used jewelry
- Altered or incomplete items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items exposed to chemicals, perfume, lotion, cleaning products, or abrasive surfaces
- Items showing normal wear, scratches, tarnishing, fading, or discoloration
- Earrings or other items that may present hygiene concerns after being worn or removed from their original condition
- Promotional gifts that are not returned with the qualifying order
If a product has additional return restrictions, they may be listed on the product page or disclosed at the time of purchase.
5. How to Start a Return
To request a return, email glowrausa@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- The item or items you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Do not send items back before receiving return instructions from Glowra.
Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed Glowra error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed error by Glowra.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items.
Glowra is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged in transit.
7. Return Inspection
Once the returned item is received, Glowra will inspect it to confirm that it meets the eligibility requirements.
The inspection may consider:
- Signs of wear
- Scratches or damage
- Missing packaging or accessories
- Missing promotional gifts
- Alterations
- Product condition
- Hygiene concerns
- Whether the item matches the approved return request
We will notify you after the inspection and let you know whether the return has been approved, partially approved, or denied.
8. Refunds
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
Please allow time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to process the refund after it is issued.
Refunds may exclude:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping charges
- Gift-wrapping fees
- Personalization fees
- Expedited processing fees
- Promotional items
- Other non-refundable charges
Glowra may deduct the value of missing items, gifts, packaging, or accessories from the refund when applicable.
9. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered depending on product availability and the condition of the returned item.
Because inventory may change quickly, we cannot guarantee that the same item, color, size, or style will be available for exchange.
Personalized and custom-made items are not eligible for exchange unless Glowra confirms that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For eligible non-custom items, the fastest option may be to place a new order and request a return for the original item.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact glowrausa@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the jewelry
- Photos of the packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
- A description of the issue
Depending on the situation, Glowra may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, exchange, repair, or another appropriate resolution.
For personalized items, Glowra will compare the completed item with the customization information submitted at checkout.
11. Jewelry Care and Return Condition
Glowra jewelry should be handled with care.
Water-resistant does not mean waterproof. To preserve the finish, avoid prolonged exposure to:
- Water
- Sweat
- Perfume
- Lotion
- Chemicals
- Cleaning products
- Saltwater
- Chlorine
- Abrasive surfaces
Damage caused by improper care, chemical exposure, misuse, normal wear, tarnishing, discoloration, fading, or scratches may not qualify as a defect and may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
12. Final Sale and Promotional Items
Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, sample sales, or marked as final sale may be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If a promotion includes a free gift, bundle, or discounted set, all required items may need to be returned together to qualify for a full refund.
13. Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an order cancellation.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after processing has begun.
Personalized and custom-made orders cannot be canceled once production or customization has started.
14. Policy Updates
Glowra may update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. When updates are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of the page will be revised.
The policy in effect at the time of purchase generally applies to that order, unless otherwise required by law or agreed to by Glowra.
