Glowra pieces should be handled with care. Water-resistant does not mean waterproof. To help preserve the finish and beauty of your jewelry, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, sweat, chemicals, cleaning products, and abrasive surfaces.
Normal wear, fading, tarnishing, discoloration, scratches, or damage caused by improper care, misuse, chemical exposure, or storage conditions are not considered manufacturing defects.

Glowra is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Glowra accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging when possible.
Certain items may be final sale or not eligible for return, including but not limited to personalized items, custom pieces, used or worn jewelry, items damaged due to misuse, and items excluded in a product description or promotion.
Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed Glowra error or defective item.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Items
